**In Our Thoughts & Prayers**

• Dianna Greenhaw, Rochelle Brown’s cousin, had surgery on June 14 to remove two cancerous brain tumors.

• Marlin Edens, Tammy Cypert’s father, has been falling.  A scan revealed that cancer has metastasized to his brain and is affecting his motor skills.  His condition is very serious, and he will begin additional radiation treatments.

• Mary Frances Jackson fell at home on June 16 and received treatment for a cut on her head at St. Edward Hospital.  She remained in the hospital overnight.

• Phillip White had additional back surgery on June 17.  Please pray for complete healing.

• Shirley Rogers, Sharon Faries’ sister, had surgery on a broken arm on June 14. 

• Steve Jeffers, Mary Hudson’s nephew, broke his back in a motorcycle accident.  He had surgery on June 14 at Sparks Hospital.

• Tracy Risley had thyroid surgery on June 16.

 

**Bereaved in Prayer**

• Ercie Gann died on June 10 at the age of 96.  Funeral services were June 14 at Woodlawn Memorial Park Chapel.

• Our love and sympathy is extended to Nancy James in the death of her aunt, Ethal Rouse (sister of Bennie Hedrick).  The Funeral service was June 17 in Texas.

It’s Father’s Day -- and time to return your filled baby bottle!

 

**Photography Appointments begin Sunday!**

We’ll begin taking appointments for pictures on Sunday, June 20 at tables set up in the foyer. Photos will be taken BEFORE and AFTER worship on Sundays and Wednesdays throughout the summer.  Al Roller is our new photographer.  If you have questions, please call him.

We are also updating basic computer information -- name, address, phone, birthday, etc. so every family will be asked to fill out a new member information form and bring it back when their picture is made.

**The Sofios are Moving!**

Anthony and Jackie Sofio will be moving to Oklahoma City on June 26. They wish to express how much the West-Ark family has meant to them over the past three years! Their new temporary address will be:

500 Central Park Dr., Apt. 903, Oklahoma City, OK  73105.

 

**Green Valley Bible Camp**

Green Valley Bible Camp is drawing near, July 4-11!  Sign up at www.greenvalleybiblecamp.com soon!  For more information on the camp or if you need financial assistance, please contact Niketa Stinchcomb. We will have a camp meeting immediately after services Sunday morning, June 20, at the front of the auditorium to answer questions and to talk about transportation.  We still need two more drivers for day camp. ~~Niketa Stinchcomb

Bulgaria Mission Trip Meeting - Sunday, June 20

Please be here at 5 p.m. in the Youth Group room, bring all completed homework, assignments, donations, etc. We will also share some additional testimonies so be ready! This will be our LAST meeting before we fly out on June 23 at 6 AM from Bentonville!!

Colorado Mission Trip Meeting - Sunday, July 11

If you are interested in going on our mission trip to Colorado July 24-31 you need to be at this meeting at 5 p.m. in the Youth Room! The deadline to turn in applications and money will be the day of this meeting, July 11. Applications are available in class on next to the youth group bulletin board.

 

HOME DEVO - Sunday, July 11

Join us for a home devo at the Yowell’s house. If you need a ride, vans will leave the church at 6 p.m. and return around 8 p.m. Please bring $3 to help cover the cost of dinner.

 

Naturals Baseball Game - Friday, July 16

Come join the youth group and families as we go to Springdale, Arkansas, to see the Kansas City Royals AA team, the Northwest Arkansas Naturals, play the Springfield Cardinals. Bring your own money for food. There will be a post-game fireworks show. Tickets are $9. Money and the registration form are due by Wednesday, July 7. Vans leave the building at 5 p.m.

 

Congratulations - Rose Davis placed 5th at Regionals in the 4-H Vocal Individual Competition. She will compete at the State Competition in July.
