**Prayers for
Comfort and Healing**
• Allen Mobley,
cousin of Christy Puckett, is scheduled for neuro surgery on August
17th.
• Betty Williams,
sister of Barbara Aldridge, had a scan on 8/12/10 to see how her chemo
treatments are working. She is hopeful that she will not have to have any
more treatments!
• Frances
Strawhacker is in Sparks Hospital, room 214.
• Hazel Richards
was dismissed from the hospital last weekend and is improving at
home.
• John Gardenhire
is in Sparks Hospital, room 678. He may go home this
weekend.
• Karen Farris was
dismissed from the hospital on August 11.
• Tom Everitt,
father of Ron & Patty Smith’s daughter-in-law, Stephanie, is in Washington
Regional Hospital for continuing treatment for cancer.
• Windlene
Ewing is recovering from pneumonia.

the total number of photos needed. If you have not yet made an
appointment, please do it soon! We have approximately 275 more photos to
take, and our deadline is the end of September. This means we need to
double our productivity.

**Youth Group /
News**
Family Clusters
– Sunday, August 15, 6-8 PM
Make sure you are
part of this fast-growing mix of all of the geographically-distributed youth
group families, along with Elders from your area. It’s a great way to
build relationships with Christian brothers and sisters that live in your area
(and maybe even find a car pool contact for your youth group student!).
NOTE: If you do NOT know what Cluster you are in, send Rick a message via
email, Facebook or text and he’ll let you know. Fort Smith Central -
Benjamins (host), East Fort Smith - Browns (host), South Fort Smith - Walkers

outreach and service project to the homeless of Fort Smith. Last month, we
had over 30 show up to help feed nearly 80 people. Come be the hands and

events for the fall semester. This is for ALL Youth Group parents and any

JumpStart –

We will leave the
building at 4:30 p.m. sharp on Friday, August 27th, 2010. Eat dinner
before we leave or bring it with you. We will return on Sunday, August
29th, 2010 around 12:00 p.m. You won’t need very much extra money for this
trip. If you have committed to going, but have not yet completed all forms
