Notes of Thanks

Dear Church Family:

Mom has been transferred to River Valley Health & Rehab. Please continue to keep Mom in your prayers. Thank you for the concern and prayers shown Mom and our family while Mom was in Senior Care.

In Him,

Louise & Wilburn Howard

Dear West-Ark Members,

Thank you for all the inquiries, visits, calls, cards and prayers on Burnie's behalf. We were very touched by the Sisters in Song who came to our home and performed their beautiful voices in music. Also, to the Belotes and Andersons who came to sing, read scripture, pray and bring communion was truly a blessing.

It is such a comfort to have Christian friends at West-Ark!

In Christ,

Burnie & Daisy Morris

Dear Friends,

Thank you so much for remembering our clients facing homeslesness. The spaghetti and delicious sauce, green beans and garlic bread was a hit!

Blessings,

WAYG Family Clusters - Sunday, June 5, 2011, 6-8 PM

You won't want to miss out on this opportunity to fellowship with other youth group families that live in your geographical area. PLEASE make it a point to be a part of this phenomenal gathering. Most groups have great food, awesome relationship-building fellowship and a devotional. And then, look for an email from your host home as to what they need you to bring! (Oklahoma/Van Buren/Alma/North cluster - Brent & Carol Evans, Central Fort Smith cluster - Rusty & Tamara Walker, East Fort Smith cluster - Greg & Tiffany Null, South Fort Smith cluster - Randy & DeAnne Hankins, Greenwood Cluster - Blake & Colleen Frost). We will be rearranging which group you are in for the next meetings in August, so be on the lookout for an email with your new Cluster assignment.

The Journey - Wednesday, June 8, 7-8 PM

Our Interns will be sharing a message tonight. Bring a Bible, bring a friend and be ready for God to challenge you!

This week will be the BEST way to kick off your summer for God!

WAYG Cookout - Sunday, June 19, 2011, 6-9:30 PM

On Sunday night the 19th of June from 6-9:30 we will be having a cookout at the Ben Geren park right off of Zero street. We will be having a devotional, and games afterwards. We would love for ALL WAYG families to be a part of this event. Bring $3 for the food and a friend.

Bulgaria Mission Trip - June 23-July 7, 2011

We are still in need of funds for this trip. See Rick or Rachel if you have the ability to help us complete our fundraising for this life-changing experience. We also need two van drivers to take our group to Tulsa on June 23, arriving at the airport at 12:30 PM, then two drivers to pick our group up on July 7 at about 7:30 PM. Please see Rick, Rachel or one of the Interns if you can help out.
