• Hazel Richards is in Sparks Hospital, room 534.
• Richard Broyles is home from the hospital and feeling better.  Visits are welcomed.  Please call before stopping by.
• Jeff Chavis, nephew of Phil & Sandy, has cancer in his lungs and brain.  Prayers are requested for Jeff, his wife Amy, and their three children.
• Noah Bice had surgery Wednesday morning to reset and cast his broken arm.
• Prayers are requested for Burnie Morris who will have his next chemo treatment on June 30th.

• Phillip White family in the death of  Phillip's father,  C. J. White,  on June 18.  Services were June 21 in Fort Smith.

Green Valley Bible Camp

GVBC meeting is this Sunday, June 26th, immediately following morning services. 

This meeting is for all campers whether you are a day or regular camper and parents.  Information will be given out for new campers and information concerning the theme and fun things you can bring will also be given.

If you are a regular camper and need a ride Sunday to camp, please let me know.  I need to know all the day campers that are going so I will know how many to plan for for the transportation.  If you cannot make this meeting, please call.  I still need drivers for Wednesday and Thursday day camp.

Art & Soul Art Classes

Our Art & Soul Classes kick off this week for Kindergarten through 2nd graders.  Ashley Mohler, our King's Kids intern will be using her gifts in leading these classes.  Our prayer is that it will be a fun experience for the kids while teaching them that everyone has gifts to use for God!  Please note the schedule below, culminating in an Art Show for the entire church family to enjoy!

Bulgaria Mission Trip - June 23-July 7, 2011

We are still in need of funds for this trip.  See Rick, Rachel or Lynn if you have the ability to help us complete our fundraising for this life-changing experience.

Detroit Mission Trip - July 15-23, 2011

Applications have been mailed out for this incredible mission trip. It is open to EVERYONE at West-Ark from our new 7th graders and older (including adults).  Cost is $150 per person.  Applications are due July 10, 2011 so pick one up from the hanging files in the foyer next to the Youth Group bulletin board or from Rachel in the church office.  You will NOT want to miss out on this great opportunity to serve others.
