The West-Ark Youth Group (names listed below) leaves on Friday, July 15, for a domestic mission trip in the Detroit, MI area.  We ask that you keep them all in your prayers to have a trip full of challenge and growth for the glory of God.

While there, they will be participating in a series of service projects, such as working with various soup kitchens, the Salvation Army, the American Cancer Society, and other organizations surrounding Detroit.

This trip is a great opportunity to not only expose them to people in need, but also to give them a chance to do some hands-on helping in the name of Christ.

Pulled Pork Galore. Barbecued and smoked to a degree of tenderness that is unsurpassed, coupled with a level of juiciness to create an entree that is sinfully delicious.  A succulent entree worthy of royalty but reserved only for members of the J.O.Y. (Just Older Youth) BUNCH commonly viewed as the learned and well read wise ones who are teachers revered by all. Bring sides only (Texas toast, baked beans, slaw, salads, deviled eggs, desserts, etc). Please join us on Saturday, July 16, in the FLC at 6:00 p.m. Hope to see you there.
