2012 Missions Offering is November
6
|
|
Our 2012 Missions funding will affect people in
many parts of the world. In Africa, missions in Ethiopia and
Nigeria will take advantage of strong national churches to
share the gospel and mature congregations of the Lord's
church. In Thailand, Laos and Vietnam, the funded
missions will enable our brethren, including the Carrolls, the
Phoumasones, and Lao leaders, who have survived years of
persecution because of their faith, to share the love of Jesus
Christ in societies with little knowledge of God or the
Christ. The budgeted funds will assist the Hundleys to
encourage in Belgium, John Carson to train children in
Houston, the Tignors to work in Bible translation in Myanmar,
and short-term missions to Honduras and
Bulgaria.
Because of the planned missions in 2012,
preachers will be trained and sent to evangelize, World Bible
School lessons taught, the deaf educated, radio will reach the
remote, hope will be shared in countries where government and
false religion enslave people, children will learn of Jesus,
college students will be introduced to Jesus by English
language lessons, the lost baptized, the baptized discipled,
leaders and Bible teachers will be trained, Bob and Annette
Whittaker will continue years of service to others, some from
among ourselves will visit to encourage, and others from among
us will live their lives in other places to show we care.

everyone!
Yours in Him,
John & Hazel Richards
