West-Ark's Policy:

Who may use our material?

The reason we put material on our Web site is to freely offer it to anyone who wishes to make use of it in any manner consistent with the instuctions below. We want our lessons, etc., to help as many people as possible. Others using and sharing our material helps us reach that goal. We appreciate all links to any page on our site from any source.

Permission is granted to everyone to copy, in any manner whatsoever, any or all text from any or all of the Web pages at West-Ark's site so long as the information is not reproduced at any other Internet site nor used in publications for financial profit without the expressed permission of the copyright owner (i.e., author).

Preachers and Bible class teachers are encouraged to duplicate any material which they feel is appropriate to share in home or class studies. Anyone may share single copies with family, friends, or neighbors. West-Ark's material reproduced in text form in church bulletins or for classroom study should include the source and author's name if the text has remained unchanged. If content of pages is sent by e-mail, the Web address of the original must be included. All sermons may be redelivered orally without reference to the source.

A few of the graphics on our Web site have been used by permission, so are not ours to share. Please contact us before reproducing any graphics apart from the text.

Keep in mind that we are not surrendering our claim to copyright. We reserve the right to modify our policies on this page at any time. Any use of the material prohibited by these statements may be granted on a case by case basis. Please do us the courtesy of contacting the author or Webmaster for permission before reproducing our material in a manner that seems in conflict with the above instructions.

Violations of copyright will be handled as per
Paul's instructions in I Corinthians 6:1-7.
