⁸ For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
⁹ Not of works, lest any man should boast.

GRACE is a free gift from God. No benefit comes from any gift unless it is accepted, opened, and used. We are not saved by GRACE alone, but through faith. (Romans 5:15; 3:24)
